A local Markdown cache can make an AI research workflow more continuous when sessions and daily use are limited.
The important part is not merely saving notes in `data/notes/<notebook-id>.md`. Each cached claim needs to retain its source, when it was checked, and what changed when the source changed.
Otherwise the cache reduces repeated queries while quietly turning old context into apparent evidence.
