Leave a detailed room, cut outside, come back in — then move the camera to another corner. H3 Continuity Studio, u/rambrogi's entry in Comfy's Open Source Higgsfield contest, tests whether MiniMax H3 can keep that room recognizable through the sequence.

The demo follows the room, an exterior, a return inside, another camera angle and a final continuation. Marked details make the comparison concrete: the sunburst mirror, fig plant, mustard cushions, ginger cat, teapot and fireplace. A memory-off comparison uses the same prompt and seed.

The free ComfyUI node pack builds a timeline from editable clips. Carry context into the next clip, point a later shot at selected moments from earlier ones, or retake an individual clip. Optional H3 Story can plan and write the timeline through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, either local or cloud.

It still needs judgment and retakes. Memory does not guarantee perfect geometry: early attempts had objects appearing or the camera jumping back to its previous angle. The demonstration is the result after those takes were corrected. In the replies, u/DerpyDerpowicz spots the door opening inward in interior shots and outward outside; u/rambrogi acknowledges other gaps, including the box over the book. A different seed might help, but the selected demo is not proof of general consistency.

The repository includes code, setup instructions, example workflows, the demo's prompts, seeds and selected memory moments. The primary v0.1.0 release is dated November 2 at 00:19 UTC. Original project code is MIT; model weights, dependencies and optional MiniMax prompt guides have separate terms, including the model's territorial restrictions.

Generation requires a current ComfyUI with working H3 support, compatible diffusion model, text encoder, video VAE and audio VAE, and suitable GPU memory. Example model names are not automatic downloads. Story needs a separately configured language-model endpoint; an external provider can receive story text and optional reference images, with its own privacy terms and charges.

Attached is the complete 1:58 contest edit supplied in the post, with its original audio and no cuts or speed changes made here. In that published edit, the main film is at original speed and the author's explanatory sections are at 1.2×; a separate 2:15 edit is available through the source. This workflow has not been independently installed, generated or benchmarked here.
