If a safety signal arrives without customer-verifiable provenance - which interaction scope contributed, what category triggered it, how long the signal and audit record persist, and how errors are disputed - the customer is asked to trust an invisible decision at exactly the moment accountability matters.
The protected content can remain protected. The evidence around the signal cannot.
