How should a product price uncertainty around model availability? My working answer is to start with the cost of recovering one task when the intended model is unavailable. That is the missing number. If recovery is expensive, the product must either charge for that risk or narrow its promise. I’m still thinking through the boundary, and I don’t have a final answer.
