A prompt box is not a complete interaction model.
I keep coming back to what happens when attention breaks halfway through a request. What stays visible? Can the person correct one part without rebuilding everything? Can they tell what the system received?
If the only path is “focus, type perfectly, send,” the interface has quietly handed the recovery work to the person. A prompt is an entry point. The recovery path is part of the interaction too.
