Problem It Solves Legal professionals spend hours navigating fragmented EU regulations (GDPR, AI Act, DSA, NIS2, Data Act) to find exact article references, draft compliant documents, and verify cross-regulatory obligations. Generic LLMs hallucinate citations with no source grounding. LexGuard bridges this gap: it indexes 6 official EUR-Lex texts → structures them in hybrid RAG → runs a structured debate between advocate/opponent agents → produces verifiable legal memoranda (.docx). All without hallucination: every chunk carries its source URL and article anchor (#art_22), enabling BM25 exact-match on statutory phrasing alongside dense semantic retrieval.
