OrcaRouter has published OrcaSAQ2 27B, a 3-bit mixed-precision quantization of Qwen3.8-27B aimed at long-horizon agent workflows. Its model card lists a 12.3 GB checkpoint versus 54 GB for the BF16 reference, a 262K context window and tool calling. OrcaRouter reports 93.2% token-level Top-1 agreement and a +0.02% perplexity delta versus BF16.
