Dillinger
Free browser Markdown editor with a Monaco editor, live preview, local auto-save, zen mode, and export to Markdown, HTML or PDF. Open source under MIT.
Dillinger is a browser-based Markdown editor for README files, documentation, notes and structured writing. A Monaco editor and live preview sit side by side, with scroll sync, syntax highlighting, local auto-save, file drag-and-drop and a distraction-free zen mode.
Try the official editor without creating an account. Documents can be exported to Markdown, HTML or PDF. The project also documents cloud integrations for GitHub, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and Bitbucket; a self-hosted deployment needs its own OAuth configuration for these services.
Created by Joe McCann and contributors, with source code under the MIT licence. The supplied screenshot shows the official editor and its sample document. The posting profile is a curator, not the developer. For a local deployment, follow the repository README and install the required Node.js dependencies; no installation was performed for this listing.
